Automation solutions for food packaging lines

Packaging, robotics and inspection, delivered turnkey as single projects or complete lines, from initial concept to installed on your floor. See what we automate, then build a line below and watch it run at your rate.

What we automate

From primary packaging to the pallet, and what comes next

Every block can be a project on its own or part of a complete line. Most roadmaps start with one of them.

Primary packaging

VFFS bagging, thermoforming, tray sealing, flow wrapping

Product into bags, formed trays, sealed trays and flow packs, loaded by hand or by vision-guided robot. MAP, vacuum and skin.

Secondary packaging

Case packing and cartoning

Drop and robotic top-load case packers, RSC, display and specialty cases, meat trays. Checkweighing and metal detection ahead of the case.

Case erecting and sealing

Integrated into individual lines or complete case erecting room solutions.

Palletizing

Robotic palletizing cells

Compact guarded cells that build the pallet pattern from the case conveyor and index full pallets out for stretch wrap.

Emerging technology

AI vision, innovative quality control systems, custom solutions

Vision-guided picking and inspection, label and product verification, and the custom cells no catalog covers.

Line builder

Build the line. Watch it run at your rate.

Choose how product gets loaded, the primary packaging, the case packer, and the rate you need to hit. The line updates: product flow, inspection, case packing, palletizing, and what that means per shift.

Schematic, not to scale. Equipment is drawn as generic examples of each technology, not a specific make. The pallet is built to a standard 48-inch stack on a 48 × 40 pallet from the case size you choose; cases per pallet and pallets per shift follow from that. Rates are capped at 150 packs/min here; faster lines usually split into two lanes. A VFFS bagger is fed by a weigher, so the loading option applies to trays and flow packs.

Solutions with great ROI

Every system starts as a conversation

These lines are custom-built for your operation to maximize efficiency. We provide not only the independent systems engineering but the ROI calculations and internal presentations to help these solutions be approved and implemented on your floor. Then we deliver it: one contract, from initial concept to installed on your floor.

Fully automated large-tray line

Vision-guided robotic loading of sliced product off the slicer, count-based filling of loose pieces, existing tray sealer and labeler, inline label verification with reject, then case erecting, dual-robot top-load case packing and sealing. Twenty hand positions offset across two shifts.

Your line

What would yours look like?

An automation roadmap walks your plant, finds the lines worth automating, and builds each one out like this, with budgetary quotes, a layout, and the ROI in capital and lease form. Then we install it on your floor.

The builder shows the technologies in a line, not the exact machines in a given system. Stations such as rotary fillers and label verification are described in the case study but not yet drawn here.

Next step

See which of your lines pays back first

The roadmap walks the whole plant and ranks every opportunity by payback, with the ROI case built for each one. No fee, no obligation.
